The Carriage House at Villa Casa Romantica is a well appointed 1500 square foot, second story guest house with enormous appeal. It is separate building from the main house. From the moment you walk in, you will experience a delight that will make your stay more than just comfortable - unforgettable.
This secluded home can accommodate four people with one king-size bed in the large bedroom, two twin beds in the living area, and two full baths. Situated down an extensive gated driveway, within four oak-studded acres, it is a great launching point for all that Auburn and its surrounding area have to offer. Take a quiet stroll among the vines in the Petite Sarah vineyard where you might spot a flock of wild turkeys, enjoy a beverage as you lounge comfortably by the oversized pool and hot tub, or cozy up on your private patio with love seat, chair and dining table with views of the pool. Pool is swimmable May - Sept. You can prepare your meals in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, take advantage of the covered BBQ area, or explore some of the many excellent nearby restaurants. We have a bocce ball / petanque court on the property for you to enjoy with a glass of wine.

Summary: We found this beautiful spot in order to be near a relative's home for Thanksgiving, but we discovered that this would be an ideal spot for a vacation as well. It's so comfortable and inviting that we hated to leave during the day! We were delighted and impressed by the quality of this vacation home. The owners thought of every detail. We were surprised to be greeted by lovely snacks, good wine, and breakfast essentials. These details made our trip easier and more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We hope to return and spend more time in this special spot and enjoy all the amenities.

Summary: So many great things to say. Would take me long to share everything. We cannot not think of anything negative to share. The hosts were so nice and helpful. They wanted to make sure we were happy. The property was beautiful. The pool was so nice. They had a beautiful patio out of sun. We love the sun. They have a great place to stay in the sun if you prefer. We will be making this an annual trip.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! It has by far been our best VBRO experience and should honestly be the model for all VBRO owners. The owners: Mark and Allyson are kind, communicative and very hospitable. Not only were they on hand to offer a warm welcome upon arriving, but they also so kindly had a delicious cheese board and wine waiting for us to enjoy. After a day of traveling it was very welcomed. The property is exceptionally clean, conveniently located and very comfortable. The pool is one of the most tranquil experiences and was our favorite spot to unwind during the afternoons. We cannot recommend this property enough and def will be back.

Summary: 3 stayed while busing family in area. Everything was great. Hosts very helpful but not a bother. Pool and grounds appealing. We were very pleased that we chose this place and would book again without checking other places. Stores & restaurants we needed within 12 minute drive. Place was very clean & comfortable, and had many items available if needed.
