Positive: Everything is fantastic - it’s definitely the cool place to be in town. Extraordinarily clean, great fellow guests (lots of nice people and cars - always a great sign). Close to everything and great for a long stay and also for a short stay on the way up and back from Tahoe.
Summary: Excellent choice - the best in Placer County.

Positive: loved the decor yet upgrade to modern use lamps and bathroom. the whole ambiance made it great. the bed was very comfortable.
Negative: the kureg didnt work but let them know about it and they were going to fix it

Positive: The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable with a good use of space. It's small, but plenty of storage and a layout that takes advantage of the small space. There are seating areas outside and some units have patios. Nice retro refrigerator and microwave. Property is clean and fresh looking. Amenities for the room available upon request. I loved that it had a mini-split air/heating unit, which is much quieter than most motel below window units, and much easier to adjust temperature and fan speed. Reading lights on the bedside table lamps. Single level property, which cuts down on the noise. Plenty of free parking. Would definitely stay here again.
Negative: In a double queen there is no chair and no room for a chair. My daughter stayed in a king room, and there was a metal chair. Not enough hangers for a 3 day stay.

Negative: All good.
