Positive: Great location, and views are great. Pool and jacuzzi and good. Breakfast ok but missing bread. Room space was great and clean.

Negative: The housekeeper who needed to check on our departure just knocked on the door. When we opened we said hi and she wasn’t very pleasant and responding and just said that she needed to check if we were still here. We didn’t feel that this was very great.

Summary: Very practical, mitigate feeling on service but overall great for our needs

Negative: They need to hire more people to cover the area's folks are expecting good service. There was one lady tying to cover the front counter (checkin) and fill drink orders at the bar. She was working her tail off.
