Positive: The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the staff is amazing, very good breakfast as well.

Negative: Nothing. Keep in mind that varkala town is a 20 min scooter drive (you can rent them) but in Varkala itself we did not see anything that can compare to the beauty/greenery and relaxing vibe as this place!

Positive: The resort is very nice with a beautiful view overlooking the lake, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the free breakfast was excellent. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Negative: My one issue was the air conditioning in our room, the remote control doesn't work, so we had the choice of very loud full power antarctic freezing winds which was extremely cold or turn it off and sweat the night away neither was pleasant, we asked if it could be fixed but the technician we were promised never appeared. Apart from that it's a very nice relaxing place to spend a few days.
