Positive: Clean and comfortable with kind and friendly staff. Good WiFi and a useable kitchen. Short walk to a lovely sunset beach and public transport very accessible. Much nicer than being in busy Varkala and we had a comfortable 4 night stay
Negative: Not sure this really qualifies as a serviced apartment as there was no cleaning, towel change or waste removal. Staff were friendly and would probably have assisted if asked. Never mastered hot water in the overhead shower. Think it may be a cross cultural issue but sometimes there seemed to be a lack of awareness about it being a private space
