Positive: the food is amazing & the staff are exceptional. I loved the decor & the attention to detail communication is fantastic & nothing is too much trouble.

Negative: there is a little noise at the moment due to renovations but the hotel & staff do their utmost to minimise the impact on guests. there is only one shuttle bus to the centre in the morning, back after lunch. As the resort is a little isolated it would be nice to have one in the evening occasionally

Summary: loved my stay & would definitely recommend this hotel to all..

Positive: The whole stay was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, polite, approachable and professional. They dealt with an request efficiently. Bhao, one of the baggie drivers was exceptionally. Our villa had the most amazing views, with the infinite pool. Being in our villa felt like we were in our own little home world. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The food was great from breakfast to supper.

Negative: I loved everything.

Summary: Perfect !! We enjoyed ourselves so much even though we had bad weather, thanks to the resort

Positive: Staff are warm and friendly. Facilities are good and inclusive packages are a good touch. The beach nearby was very nice with golden sand and clear water.

Negative: - Not many halal, vegetarian or vegan options for food. For the breakfast, alot of the food that we could eat were pastries and fruit with the other options predominantly meat and pork based. The fruit options were limited to dragon and passion fruit. This can be improved by widening the selection of fruit available. - Consequently, the afternoon tea didn't have many veg options either. Some of the pastries had ham inside meaning there were only one or two options for food for the afternoon tea
