It is a great home for families and friends visiting north central Arkansas as the home is less than 30 minutes from Mountain Home and Harrison. Nearby you can also explore Bull Shoals Lake, the White River, the Buffalo National River, and plenty of fishing, floating, hiking, and hunting! The home has three bedrooms, each occupying at least two guests, with more sleeping accommodations in the common spaces, including two cribs and a futon. Summary: This property is in the perfect location for us visiting family and floating the Buffalo River. It is our second time to stay! The home is very accommodating for our two families.I will say that the listing may need updating as the room with two twin beds is now a double bed. A bunk bed was added to the game room. Now sleeps 8 comfortably, and probably 10 in a pinch. We love Allen’s grocery (within walking distance), and if you happen to be there between May and September, you may catch music on the square in Yellville. I sat outside and identified 15 different bird sounds on my app. Just a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Summary: We rented this property for my dad coming in from CA to surprise my daughter for her HS graduation. We wanted enough space so that both my daughters and grand children could stay with their grandpa while he was in town. It was absolutely perfect!! This property had everything we needed and TONS of space! Plenty of room for my daughter’s friends to come by and hang out and meet her grandpa and have a little bonfire to celebrate. We grilled, cooked a ton and really soaked up the family time! The host is absolutely amazing! Allen’s grocery up the road has the BEST meat selection, the park right next door was perfect for the grand babies (2 y.o. and 3 months). Highly recommend Grandma’s House! I want to give it a million stars!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at "Grandma's House". The home is beautifully decorated and very clean and nicely supplied with anything we needed. A nice fenced in back yard for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Communication with the VRBO manager and the property owners was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend this place. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. So thankful we found this place!

Summary: Grandma's House was the perfect location for our recent trip to Summit. I was there filming a documentary, and had me daughter with me, as well as my girlfriend and her daughter. Our girls, just adored the house. The teen immediately said: "I wish I lived here!" and "You can tell it has a woman's touch!" And my 8 year old has been asking to return ever since. The host (Sarah) was very friendly and helpful, and super flexible when we had to postpone our initial trip due to my girlfriend's daughter having Covid. And then, when we were at the house, and I wanted to extend for another day, she helped us make that booking immediately, and without a cleaning surcharge. Really could not be happier. It was my first VRBO experience, and it was perfect. We all want to go back to Grandma's House. Thank you Sarah and Family!
