Summary: The home was very clean, well kept and maintained, comfortable, accommodating, and there are fantastic views of the White River and mountains. This property is very well located in Cotter and conveniently located for any hiking or fishing you would like to enjoy. The best part is the view from the back patio. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine or two! The host is extremely accommodating, and she is easy to work with. We will be coming back very soon to enjoy more of what Cotter has to offer!

Summary: The property was very clean and great meeting place for a family Thanksgiving week. Karen was excellent to work with- quick to respond to questions and helpful to troubleshoot the WiFi issues. We would recommend the property and would definitely use again. Plenty of supplies and appliances throughout the house. The view was nice and would be perfect in the Fall. Our family really enjoyed the open space for playing games, eating and celebrating the holiday.

Summary: I would like to just let everyone who is thinking about running this house know that it is beautifully appointed and located in the absolute most beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the access we had in the amenities of the home were not over-the-top and ridiculous. They were perfectly done and tasteful. The house was very comfortable. Had everything we needed strongly recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful home.
