I’m probably forgetting something. 15/20 minutes from the Buffalo National River. 5 minutes to the Yellville City Park with Splash Pad and Crooked Creek. 15/20 minutes to the White River. Less than 30 minutes to Bull Shoals Lake, as well!

Summary: Clean, cozy and situated in a prime location for floating the Buffalo. This house has all the necessities. We will be back!

Summary: The little cottage was extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything is new, the bathrooms were very nice - showers with good water pressure, and hot water for everyone. Nice thick towels, and everything needed was included. The location was nice also - close to hiking, kayaking, and tons of antique stores everywhere. There is a grocery store nearby, and also restaurants. We saw plenty of deer, rabbits, and a tortoise greeted us every morning!

Summary: This was the second time my husband and I stayed in this cute cottage. We love the rural setting that’s still only a few minutes from Yellville. The house was spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. The hostess is great! Highly recommend!

Summary: Everything about the Cozy Cottage was as advertised - clean and well equipped. Very nice bathrooms. We enjoyed two quiet, peaceful evenings. Would stay there again.

Summary: Perfect location for some peace and quiet. Close to the Buffalo, tons of flea markets close by for shopping, and we even took a day trip to Branson! Cottage was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved our stay!
