Broadmoor Area / Cheyenne Canon beautifully furnished NEW cottage - . 2 bedroom / 2 bath -- in floor radiant heat. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counters,stainless steel appliances. Great room has a vaulted ceiling w/ skylights, beautiful hardwood floors, gas fireplace,and french doors to covered patio with gas BBQ opening to landscaped yard. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with beams. Master bedroom has king bed and views to the west. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and large window as well. Master bath has double sinks, large shower and heated floor. 2nd bath has tub/shower and heated floor. Desk area with excellent natural light. Washer and dryer. Free WIFI.

Summary: We love Colorado Springs and this little cozy place was so great to stay in. There was a family of deer that visited us daily in the back yard. House has Everything you would need! Walmart grocery very close by to shop! Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: Stayed here for a wedding at the Broadmoor. Saved some money staying here instead of the hotel while staying well within walking distance. Also you are so close to so many trails. Would highly recommend.

Summary: This cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay while I was attending a conference at the nearby Broadmoor. The location is excellent and in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Laura was extremely accomodating and helpful. We enjoyed the pleasant weather and watching the deer that came to visit on the patio. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Colorado Springs!
