Positive: Location was great,The game room a plus,very spacious.

Negative: The baby raccoon or hedgehog in the bathroom and a bear came to visit the trash. Other than that give it an 8 outta 10

Positive: The home was very spacious and comfortable. The heating/cooling system worked well. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. The Ping Pong table, air hockey, and foosball tables were great to have!!! The kids used them often. The kitchen was nice and spacious and had a good sized refrigerator. We were happy to have 3 bathrooms. The back yard view was beautiful and we enjoyed the window bench. We utilized the dining room for work, games, crafts, and breakfast. It was very lovely.

Negative: Lighting in Living Room could have been better--no end tables with lamps. It just had an overhead light that was too bright for evening wind down. No instructions for the TV--that would have been helpful. One of the upstairs showers leaked to the downstairs shower--it looked like this was a chronic issue as the downstairs ceiling panels were missing. It would be nice to know which shower caused this problem so we could avoid contributing to the problem. Front door very difficult to use--hard to open and shut. Outside garbage cans no longer animal proof--we had to pick up garbage two days in a row.
