Summary: The cottage was clean and quiet we had a small private backyard and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the location, it was in one hour of everything we wanted to do. The breakfast at the cafe across the street was very good as well.Karen and David answered any questions we had promptly.

Summary: This place was just perfect. I was there for a conference at the Broadmoor and it was walkable to the conference events each day.

Summary: My spouse and I attended a conference at the Broadmoor. All the rooms were completely booked so we decided to rent out this cottage. The walk to the Broadmoor was only about 15 mins walk. PRO TIP: Park closer to avoid going through the neighborhoods that involve walking inclines.The property size was good enough for my husband and I for a weekend trip. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

Summary: Small, but plenty for two! We loved being close to so many attractions as well as the Boardmoor. The wild life in this area was a big surprise for us. We saw deer and elk almost every day!

Summary: The location couldn't be more perfect. An 11 min drive from all the hot spots and walkable to great hiking, including the Seven Falls. David gave us great recommendations on hiking and food spots. we will be back!!
