Summary: The unit itself was nice but it was not very clear that it was attached to other units which made it not very private. The kitchen was not very well equipped. Overall a nice house good location just lacking in some areas

Summary: The island is lovely. Our initial impression of the property was that it had a lovely outdoor area with pool. It was a beautiful spot to have breakfast or a quiet afternoon drink. There were some down points: - The owner of the property and his son were frequently on or around the property from early in the morning, seemingly maintaining the grounds/pool but it did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable. - Considering the amount of time the owner spent at the property. There was some maintenance of the property required. The bin in the kitchen was broken, bedside lamps were not working, the WiFi was extremely slow and useless, the bathroom door upstairs did not close properly, there were some broken door stops. The front door had been kicked in at some point and door frame had not been entirely repaired, which also make us feel somewhat uneasy. - Basic kitchen items were not supplied like tea towels and a bottle opener. - understandably the need to save electricity is necessary, however appliances like the dishwasher and washer would not function unless someone was in the Villa and the key was in the wall. They are clearly not a great selling point for a family if you can’t use these appliances will you are off enjoying the Island. There would need to be some maintenance on the property if were to ever consider returning.
