Positive: This is truly our favourite place in the world. We have returned because there is something incredibly special about this hotel that is hard to put into words. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely relaxed and at home. Being a family-run hotel makes such a difference. The sisters are genuinely some of our favourite people and are a huge part of what makes this place so special. They are warm, welcoming, kind, and make every stay feel personal. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the pool is fantastic, and the entire property has such a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere. If your idea of the perfect holiday is relaxing by the water, enjoying beautiful surroundings, eating great food, and completely switching off, this is the place. The food from the kitchen is excellent—we thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. Getting around is also incredibly easy, with a convenient bus stop just down the street that takes you into town, so you can explore without needing a car. Everything about this hotel feels authentic, welcoming, and effortless. It isn’t just somewhere we stay on holiday; it has become a place that feels like a second home to us. We leave every time already thinking about when we can come back. Beautiful beach, wonderful pool, delicious food, incredible people, and the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. For us, everything is simply perfect. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Positive: Although it’s in an older area the location is amazing with direct access to the beach. It has a nice sitting area with bean bag chairs around the pool.
Negative: Staff were hard to warm up to at first. The first room was a super tiny room which we could barely fit our bags in it was highly disappointing. It was supposed to be an ocean view room but was a tiny corner view room of the ocean that also overlooked the adjoining hotels pool and dining area. I did speak with the desk lady and she rectified it with an upgrade on the following night. We also then extended our stay by two additional nights. We loved Naxos, it’s a beautiful Island. But you 100% need a car. We rented a car a scooter and a buggy. Bartender made incredible drinks but they were so expensive that we only had two drinks each. The bar area also closed before 9pm every night. Would we stay at that hotel again probably not unless we booked the rooftop hot tub room. That was the upgrade.
Summary: We loved Naxos so much the hotel became second nature.

Positive: Lovely location, right on beach. Relaxing pool area. Good breakfast with lots of variety and fresh good food! Greek yogurt with toppings was amazing but there was also a more American section and baked goods. Beach Chairs were free at the beach - as long as they were the back rows which is totally acceptable.
Negative: Was a great place, perfect to relax and chill on Plaka beach but my 15 year old got a little bored. It’s very chill.
