Summary: The property was nicer in person than in the listing! Athena is an amazing host. We had a group of 8 that joined us. Family and friends from NY to Hawaii. Her attention to detail is clear in every way. She has an amazing staff who tended to the property daily. The location of the property was perfect! We were only a couple of minutes from where all the festivities for the wedding took place. We had left a couple of days after the wedding to sight see. I think all those that stayed wished we had some more time to relax and enjoy the property more. We give this a 5 star in all areas. We recommend this property for anyone traveling to Naxos!

Summary: I just ended a wonderful vacation in Greece with my sister and friends that included staying for a week in the Seaside Naxos Villa Aetheria. This house is so tastefully decorated, designed and the outdoor space is amazing. As other reviewers have said, our hosts Athena and Takis were really fantastic. They provided us with an excellent house guide, access to local resources, and helped us book reservations at a fantastic restaurant that they recommended! Summary: My family and I (5 adults) stayed at this stunning home and have nothing but fabulous things to say. The hosts were great at communicating, helped us throughout our stay and were great with suggestions for the best Naxian experience! They really care about these properties and it is clear once you see how well it’s kept. If you’re looking for classic white Greek walls with the added bonus of a private pool and gorgeous grill area… look no further. We would come back here 100 times over. It felt like a 5-star resort, we couldn’t believe it was private and ours! Thank you for giving us the stay of a lifetime!

Summary: The property was absolute perfection. It’s rare when the pictures don’t do the property justice, but that was the case here. Athena & Takis were fantastic hosts. Everything was as expected and then some! They thought of little things that made all the difference. We will confidently recommend Seaside Naxos Aetheria to family and friends, and anybody who is thinking of staying in Naxos. ❤️ PS - We already miss the adorable little cat with one eye. 🐈

Summary: We were an extended family of 10 people ranging in age from 17 to 80. The house was perfect as it had a combination of queen size and single beds. The outdoor pool area is like a second house as there are sofas, a large dining area and a kitchen with gas grill. The walk to Plaka Beach is less than 10 minutes. The owner, Athena was very gracious and helpful. If we ever come back to Naxos we would stay there again.

Summary: Seaside Naxos - Villa Aetheria was better than advertised. It was very spacious and clean. Every bedroom had its own bathroom with great showers. The patio provided a fun setting for evening gatherings. Air conditioning worked very well. It is a short walk to Plaka beach which was awesome. We recommend Aegean Pool and Bar - free umbrellas and sun beds if you order drinks (no minimum). We enjoyed a day trip up the mountains to a couple villages - Aperanthos was our favorite. Athena and Takis were great hosts - they provide a 56 page recommendation book to review before you stay. All the recs we pursued were great. Our favorite was the mint mango spiced daiquiris at Yazoo on Plaka Beach. We have moved on to Mykonos and then Santorini. I can definitely say Villa Aetheria is the best place at the least cost on a wonderful island that offers beaches, mountains, hiking, and city life. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Greece.

Summary: Our family of four came to Naxos as a last minute plan during our Greek vacation and we were delighted on how much we loved the island. Our fondness for Naxos was in part due to a very comfortable stay at the seaside villas. Athena and Takis could not have been more helpful and kind during our stay. They greeted us with a smiley face sign which showed how nice they were. A delicious welcome plate was another great start. They gave great advice on touring, restaurants and anything else we needed. They even told us where to find luggage when ours was broken. Besides the wonderful service, the inns are so lovely. Very comfortable with great décor. Modern showers and nice bath products. If we have a chance to return we definitely would stay here and highly recommend it to anyone!

Summary: We spent a week in this wonderful home. It is a short walk to Plaka Beach, which is a beach community that has everything you could want for a family beach holiday (we have a four year old daughter). We explored many areas and beaches in Naxos and this area is our favorite. The greatest feature, however, were the hosts, Athena & Takis made us feel at home and went way above and beyond any hosts we've ever dealt with. They would text location pins within minutes if we had questions or needed help. They put together a guide to Naxos that was WAY better than both of our guide books. Every recommendation, beach, hiking, restaurant, etc., was exactly as stated in their guide. I can't recommend them or this home enough. If we go to Naxos, we would never stay anywhere but at one of their properties.
