Positive: The staff were super friendly, breakfast was good, location was good also, room was clean but needed maintenance. I experienced a broken shower, staff fixed it immediately, however these kind of maintenance needs to be done regularly. There was no fridge/ mini bar or even water in the room.

Negative: Not having a mini fridge and not providing water.

Summary: Overal was happy with my stay :)

Additionally, the availability of tea at all times and the delightful bakery service added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. I would like to extend a special thank you to Cem and Erdem for their impressive service, which truly enhanced my overall experience at Goreme Mansion.

Positive: Location was great. You can reach to many touristic attractions with a short drive. The owner of the place was very helpful, he was in touch in advance for balloon tour booking etc, so everything was set without any hassle. Room we stayed was clean. Served breakfast was really good.

Negative: There might be small improvements in the room, but nothing major. Hooks behind the main door and bathroom door might be very handy.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, definetely would recommend this place.
