Positive: Immaculately Clean, nice decor and very homely. Great communication from Sam the host. Caravan situated in an excellent location on the park, close to the beach. Site is perfect for exploring the beautiful harbour towns of Cornwall! Definitely return and recommend. Thank you for a fabulous stay in very comfortable accommodation! 5 star 🌟

Positive: The site was clean and quiet. The swimming pool was amazing! My daughter and I would have stayed in it all day if we could. The dog friendly beach is literally across the road from the site. When the tide is out you can walk some fair distance before touching water. As ever, Cornwall is beautiful. The owner of the property, Sam, was absolutely brilliant. I found her to be very friendly, very accommodating to our needs and a very gracious host who was attentive and quick to reply to our questions and queries. We will definitely be coming back, often. Thank you Sam for a great time.

Positive: The key instructions were very easy to follow & the caravan was exceptional. We even had a slightly earlier check in due to my wife not being 100%. Sam was incredible to us. It was our 20th anniversary & we have a card & chocolates waiting. Absolutely superb service.

Negative: There's nothing to complain about with the van or the hosts. If I had to raise concerns it would be with the café. It didn't open until 9 ish & the last food orders were 3 PM. The Pizzas were incredible but not cheap. The toasties & breakfasts were not good value. They also only had one person serving, cooking & doing everything else most days.
