Positive: We had wonderful holidays in Cornwall, very comfortable spacious and clean caravan, had everything what we need even more. Amazing kitchen with all equipment everything worked. Good location for exploring and nearby beach . Great communication with owners prior to arrival.

Negative: Very happy with everything there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided.

Positive: Property was clean, excellent location and great space available for just the 2 of us. Excellent local amenities and great pubs around the area. Easy travel to other places to visit for the day. Quiet, comfortable and excellent value for money. A well maintained holiday park with cafe on site and parking right next to the holiday home. Small walking distance to beautiful beach and into local area.

Negative: Bed in main bedroom had a small dip in mattress in the centre but was comfortable and big enough for the two of us.

Summary: Beautiful accessible scenery and great location to stay.

Negative: Although being advertised as suitable for four senior adults the room with the twin beds was smaller than expected with very little room to manoeuvre...Probably fine for children.. This fact could have been made clear in the information provided online in Booking .Com website..

Positive: The caravan was lovely, location and facilities great. We went with our 4 year old boy and he loved the tennis, play parks and play equipment on offer which was all free to play with. The beach was a 5 minute walk and the local Co-op was 10 mins the walk the other way. The hosts Darren & Hannah were amazing. Very friendly and responsive and helped us with anything we needed.
