Positive: Parking was available at no extra cost. The train station to Venice was just across the street, and took us right to Venice. There was a fantastic cafe right across from the apartment which we ate at both evenings of our stay. There was also a Lidl grocery market not far from the apartment. We felt that the apartment was in a perfect location for going to Venice without extra cost or hassle.

Positive: We stayed here for one night during our trip while we visited Venice. Being only a short drive away from the island, it’s a perfect location! The apartment was absolutely huge and spotless! We got clear instructions from the host as to how to find the property as it is a little confusing if only using maps, but the host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Positive: Clean, very very simple apartment.

Negative: The property is very simple. There was a wired smell at the moment when we entered the apartment but we got used it. The bed in first room should be replaced or fixed, it made quite big noise when our girls turned around at night time. The bath towels should be replaced with new. Some of them looked very greyish and some of them had a dark stains on. As we were family of four we had a breakfast at home every morning but there was not sharp kitchen knife. Also duvet covers should be on the duvets not only flat sheets under, it’s not hygienic in my opinion. It’s quite noisy as well you could hear upstairs neighbours walking around. The shower is quite small as well.
