Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The location was fantastic, just next to the bus stop heading to Venice, which made traveling very convenient. The apartment had three bedrooms, making it perfect for a larger family or a group of friends. There were plenty of cafes nearby, so we had plenty of options for dining out. The beds were comfortable, and the flat was well-equipped with two air conditioners, which kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there were plenty of parking options around the area. Overall, a great place to stay!

Negative: One thing to note is that the air conditioners are located in the corridor and kitchen areas only. To keep the bedrooms cooler, we kept the doors open, but even then, it wasn't always enough, especially during very hot days. Despite keeping the blinds shut all day, the heat could still be quite intense in the bedrooms at times.

Positive: Right in front there is a bus station to Venice, a great restaurant and a place for breakfast. The place is huge with 3 separate bedrooms and everything you may need to feel like home.

Positive: the apartment was very beautiful, clean, nicely equipped. The stop was not far.

Negative: worse communication with the owner. We wanted a bottle of prosecco on arrival, it wasn't there. For half of the stay the owner bothered us by sending information about our documents because I didn't want to send photos of the documents. We could have sorted it out before arrival. On vacation, I want to enjoy my vacation, not deal with paperwork.

Positive: The location was great, there is a good trattoria and a nice cafe near the building. The apartment itself was also very clean and looked nice. You have almost everything you need there.

Negative: The only small inconvenience was that we couldn't use the heating or the air conditioning because of some local rules in Italy, and it was a little cold for us.

Summary: We had an amazing time here.

Positive: Big comfy flat with 3 rooms. All facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds. There is trattoria just next door open till 23-00. 10 minutes to the airport by car.

Negative: Poor flow in upper 🚿 and not so hot. Air-conditioning just in the kitchen and hallway.
