Positive: The property was easy to find - particularly after our host gave us a tip to help direct our GPS. Parking was easy to find close to the apartment. The apartment was very quiet although part of a larger complex. A short walk to a couple of tram stops to enable easy access to Venice. Tiziana provided lots of local knowledge for where to find things. The Venice visitor tax applied during our stay and Tiziana sent clear information how to apply for the relevant exemption. Also the breakfast packs were a nice touch.

Positive: Tiziana is a very nice person, she responded quickly to our queries before our trip and explained everything in detail personally. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and peaceful, we had everything we needed! There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, a big terrace. The apartment is close to the tram station which goes directly to the old city. There are sufficient parking places free near the apartment and the apartment is easily accessible by car.

Positive: Lovely place at affordable price. Near to the bus stop and located at a very serene place. The facilities in the house are top notch.
