Negative: It wasn't a problem for us,as we are active and fit,but elderly people need to mind that two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Positive: The apartment is simply marvelous. Three large bedrooms with enormous, most comfortable beds, and two bathrooms. Beautiful design, and a kitchen with everything you need. Nice patio to drink a coffee at. It looks like it was refurbished recently, everything looks new and clean. Perfect location, too, very close to the port and all of the old town.

Positive: The property is in the middle of Old Town and so convenient to every part of Chania. We are from Texas and used to cold air conditioning and this had it! We loved everything about the property.

Negative: Nothing—but like so many renovated properties, be prepared to climb some steps. We had small suitcases so it wasn’t a problem. We do not mind not having a lift because we would prefer to be in the middle of the town.
