Summary: Is definitely a cool house. Was almost perfect for our needs. Everything is in good shape. Landlord is very nice. The property seemed decorated by a man. No offense! We cooked a lot and it was very friendly in that category. Comfy beds and furniture. The only negative was not great outdoor patio area. Although, the neighbor (Landlord) let us use his very cool back patio. Super nice to have laundry amenities!

Summary: I stayed at this house for four straight weeks this past April, while I was working on a project at a nearby farm.It was so nice to have a warm home to come home to each night. I was able to prep and cook my meals and wash all of my clothes each night. It was bittersweet to leave at the end of my stay.
