Summary: The Homestead is a great vacation rental and checks all the boxes: 1) very clean, 2) good communication with owners, 3) comfortable beds, 4) excellent amenities. The owners pay attention to details with very nice linens and kitchen utensils. One unexpected surprise was the abundance of snacks and breakfast foods (bacon, sausage, eggs, orange juice). We really enjoyed staying here and we will return.

Summary: Such an amazing property! It had everything we needed and then some. The house was very clean, cutely decorated and stocked with all kinds of necessities. Patty was an excellent host and ensured our stay was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Chester.

Summary: House is very nicely remodeled with a cozy & comfortable feeling and all the conveniences of modern life. Bathroom is very small, but manageable. Nice to have two sinks available with “water closet” and “tub/shower room”. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the breakfast foods and the couch!
