Negative: I tried canceling the second night through booking because of an emergency situation they gave me the runaround. They told me they would contact the hotel. A hotel had was never contacted and we went back-and-forth and back-and-forth so I got charged $158 in a fee for a second night that I didn’t even spend there I will never use booking again

Positive: We had great service & help from Tyler who was on reception in the morning. And the young lady on too, i don’t know her name. Tyler was so helpful sorting our American Sim card for my husband. He was brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻
