Positive: We love being on the water with a beautiful views. This place was very clean and relaxing.

Negative: The couch was a bit uncomfortable and we were very happy with the accommodations. We did not realize that the only restaurant nearby is very difficult to walk to. It is very close, but it’s very hard to get across the highway. As it is the only restaurant close by make sure you have reservations.

Positive: The apartment was exceptionally clean & well equipped. The bed was VERY comfortable. And the location was totally spectacular, as well as easy to reach from the highway. This property exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it. Just gorgeous.

Positive: Unique location on the tidal lands just north of Sausalito. The 4 unit condo building was recently renovated, it’s quite lovely. It was great watching the changes throughout the day due to the tidal influence, and the sea plane activity nearby.

Negative: The sofa is sagging in the middle, not very comfortable to sit on. Though the outdoor space and the bed were very comfortable. Road access is a little complicated.

Summary: This is a unique environment and a lovely building. We were in an upstairs unit where I’m sure the view is better.
