Positive: Location is perfect for Worthing and is in a beautiful village which was very quiet. Room was clean, smelt fresh and the bedding was crisp and clean. Perfect for an overnight or weekend break.

Negative: Shower was a bit cramped and there was a crack behind the sink. But this is being hypercritical as the room is excellent value for money and would not stop us staying again.

Summary: Perfectly priced clean room in a lovely location, now our go to for a cheap weekend break

Positive: mirrored a hotel room with TV and facilities to make the stay comfortable. quiet location and no noise from adjoining rooms.

Negative: the single bed creaked on every move so a bit of a noisy night with my mum turning over constantly, the sheets and towels had stains but I appreciate they can't be replaced every time this happens.

Summary: quaint setup, spacious, and everything you need for a night stop-over.

Positive: Location was good tho parking would be tricky if you had a long car. Room had all amenities.

Negative: Bathroom in dire need of some tlc! Also a very strong odour of cigarette smoke (possibly from adjoining room) which filtered into bedroom every time door was opened.

Positive: My son and I have stayed here several times but this was our first stay in room 11 which was very spacious.

Negative: Findon to Worthing is an easy commute but expect to double your drive time during peak times.
