Positive: Dear Judith and Toby, Renee and I wanted to express how absolutely perfect our stay was at Goatchers Cottage & Goatchers Studio! You are truly wonderful hosts, striking the perfect balance of being available and allowing us our privacy. We stayed in the Studio, which was ideal for us (equivalent to a one-bedroom apartment), and the open floor plan was exactly what we needed for entertaining local guests throughout our week long stay. The Patio, overlooking your beautiful and well maintained garden, was an unexpected highlight. It's spacious enough for the four-top Table with umbrella, making it a great spot for morning coffee, tea, or yoga. It also easily accommodates six or more people for late afternoon tea or happy hour cocktails, and it was a relaxing place for dinner cooked in the Studio's kitchen. The location in Findon is truly ideal, which is an understatement! One can not go wrong booking a stay at Goatchers Studio in the heart of Findon. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Positive: Beautifully decorated with a stunning en-suite. There is real attention to detail. Both owners were very friendly and so kind to our children. Our son loved playing with the dogs. We would rebook for sure. The studio is slightly bigger and probably more suitable for a family than the cottage.

Positive: We stayed in the studio. Newly refurbished and to a high standard. Everything you need for a few nights away. Loads of choice for eating out within a five minute walk of the property, although it is in a quiet village. Lovely sunny patio area to enjoy the sun for most of the day. Cheese and biscuits were a lovely thought for our arrival, as was the bottle of milk. Nice walks in the area and not far to drive to the coast.

Negative: Suggest turning the instant hot water tap/heater off at night as it can be a bit noisy
