Positive: This location was perfect for our weekend getaway. The Ferry House was incredibly clean and just the right size for the two of us to enjoy our time together away from the “real world”.

Negative: Nothing - this was perfect!

Summary: Perfect in every way and wish we could have stayed longer!!

Positive: Clean, comfortable, near activities and people plus the beach.

Negative: In the back of the house the key and lock works and the front door entrance code did not. My husband called staff of Vacasa and he got the key from other lock and it worked for the back. The front needs to be redone. We used our Southport fans from parade to kill flies that come in fast if you leave a door open for three seconds. No dish dryer for dishes, no hair dryer, no fly swatter. Bed a bit difficult to get in both sides.

Positive: really loved the washer and dryer. Having clean laundry was wonderful. Everything was so quiet. (we had the place to ourselves) Neighbor Mike was extremely helpful in turning the fan and light on. He even offered us the use of his pool if we wanted to go swimming

Negative: Had issues with the 2 lock boxes. didn't know which one worked. couldn't open either one at first. VAcasa help was useless. Text was prompt and courteous but gave us poor information. When the fan didn't work the electrical suggestions we received could have done some serious damage if I followed through. Fortunately Mike came over to check out our car rental and offered to take a look . He does the maintenance on the place. The problem was the remote. It had fallen off the wall and come apart with the battery rolled under the couch. He reassembled the remote and all was well.

Summary: Ferry House was an excellent experience. Never did vacasa before this, will recommend them
