The Indian Pass Public Boat Ramp is located just one mile away with unbelievable fishing! Abundant numbers of fish swim through the pass, (located between Indian Pass and St. Vincent Island National Wildlife Refuge). You can easily get to this beautiful and untouched island via the St. Vincent Island Shuttle Service.
The kitchen, dining, and comfortable living areas are all open to each other and overlook the inviting deck! With four bedrooms in the house, it features a split floor plan with two bedrooms and a bath on each side of the large open living areas. The two south bedrooms offer Gulf views with french doors that open up to the large wrap-around deck!
You'll love the fully stocked kitchen and bar that overlook the living area and deck! Among the beachy & whimsical furnishings, you'll enjoy the art work of renowned Canadian artist David Lacey.
Ceiling fans are located in every room as well as the large, covered porch. Amenities include a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower with a dressing room and bench, covered fish cleaning sink and counter, generous covered parking under the house for 3 vehicles, an additional hot/cold shower to rinse off at the end of your beach path, and a washer/dryer located in separate laundry room!

Unlike most homes, we do not charge you for your 4-legged children. In exchange, we simply ask that they'd be well behaved & trained, current on flea/tick meds, non-scratchers on doors/windows/furniture, to keep them off the furniture & beds, and that you'd pick up after them in the yard and beach. Due to the fact that your pet is not familiar with his/her surroundings at the house, please bring a kennel in case you plan to leave him/her alone. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
*We cater to family groups and cannot accept reservations for vacationing students or house parties. We do not rent to students or to groups under 25, even if one or more parents or legally responsible adults accompany them.
No group gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy allowed, even for a day event.
In the event you need to cancel, we provide a full 100% refund when cancelling 30 days or more in advance of your arrival and 50% refund 14 days through 29 days in advance. There is no refund less than 14 days in advance. Purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance "for any reason" is strongly recommended because you never know what unexpected life event could occur, or what storms could develop that would cause you to cancel.

Summary: I scheduled annual family vacation with adult children and teenage granddaughters. Fabulous spot without the congestion of crowded beach, short 15 minute drive to grocery store and restaurants, and yet small local market and excellent local restaurant nearby. The amenities of the home were comfortable and similar to home environment. The deck and sunroom was so convenient to enjoy and relax. Highly recommend for relaxing, also fishing and wildlife were enjoyable even for the teenagers!

Summary: Probably one of the most relaxing trips we've taken in years. Great house away from the hustle and bustle, great floor plan and only 25 or so yards from the beach! We felt as if we were stating at our family house... Communication before and during trip was excellent!!!

Summary: We had a great relaxing time. Stairs are getting a little too much for mom. She did enjoy the golf cart we rented from port st. Joe patio. It was there when we arrived and had plenty of gas for the week. We were able to show mom alot more of the beach than she normally would see. We road around the neighborhood. Had such a great time. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful house with us and for sending my forgotten shoes back to me.
