Summary: Room towels were very spent & old. For breakfast, hotel didn’t have waffles. When I asked why, I was told that they ran out of the waffle mix. Overall, very limited options for breakfast. On the other hand, hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

Summary: We only staid one night. Nice hotel, nice room with mini fridge and microwave. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking, clean, safe, nice breakfast, close to downtown Saint Augustine. I have no problem staying again and recommending it.

Summary: This property was decent for a one night stay, the room was clean and spacious. Some things in the bathroom could use a update like, sink, shower handle and lights didn't work well. But overall is was a clean, comfortable, quiet nice place to stay.

Summary: We were generally disappointed with our experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, St Augustine. Rooms needs a refurbish, the air-conditioning smelled, the beds were small and uncomfortable. The walls were thin and the noise of screaming children throughout the night was awful.
