Positive: Where to begin? What a wonderful wee home from home with all the mod cons. So well thought out and a magnificent view whatever the weather. We could have sat looking out that window all day. Carolyn and Billy were lovely, friendly hosts with great tips on places to visit and to eat, as this was our first trip to Orkney. Evans Howe is a marvel in craftsmanship and a most comfortable place to stay. Can't recommend it enough.
Negative: That we couldn't stay longer.
Summary: The most amazing wee gem.

Positive: We absolutely loved everything about this accommodation. It was so beautifully finished - felt very luxurious and very cozy. The host Carolyn was fabulous. Welcomed us, had a chat. Left a great assortment of treats on arrival. Advised where to visit.

Positive: Beautifully finished, fantastic views, central for the whole of Mainland. Very quiet, perfect retreat. Carolyn was a brilliant host. The property was a one off, very comfortable and very well fitted out. We could not have asked for more. When we come back, which we will, we will try to stay here.
Negative: Nothing, it was perfect.

Positive: Absolute gem of a stay. Perfect privacy looking out onto a serene landscape and abundant wildlife. The cozy living room is a perfect place to stay and watch the view for hours. The newly built lodge is spacious, perfectly outfitted with a keen eye for details, a supreme shower and the kitchen offers everything one could wish for.
