Positive: The keys were in the door on arrival. Two lovely self-catering cottages close to Stromness with fantastic views. Our hostess came to check that all was well soon after we arrived. All the appliances worked well, very nicely furnished. Near to good restaurants, and excellent Co-op in Stromness. Convenient for the ferry, and close to major archaeological sites.

Negative: The weather!

Positive: Excellent location especially if you get the ferry into Stromness, and also if you want to travel around the main land for sight seeing. Good amenities, everything worked well and the location is very quiet with beautiful views. Lovely welcome pack. The fudge, cheese and crackers didn't last long.
