Summary: Owner forgot to send me check-in/access procedure prior to my arrival. Help desk was able to get me in though. Good walking distance location for Jazz Fest. Neighborhood doesn't have much to offer restaurant wise. All-in-all meet my needs.

Summary: Clean and quaint bungalow in a very quiet and comfortable neighborhood! Loved the books and art on the property that made us immediately feel at home. Proximity to the bus stop made traveling back and forth from the French Quarter a breeze. This property was as important to our stay as the food and the music! Me and the wife are considering returning to New Orleans and would certainly book this property again!

Summary: Nice quiet neighborhood! The room rental was as described! The property manager was excellent! The only recommendation I would have is the mattress on the bed could be a little better. Overall this is a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price! Look forward to staying again on our next visit! Thank you!
