Positive: This place was soooo nice and clean and smelled so good. I loved that it was close to everything but not right in the hustle and bustle. Literally you could drive 1.5 and be in the French quarter or a quick uber ride! We will definitely stay again!

Negative: It is downstairs so you can hear the noise upstairs but It’s expected when there are upstairs tenants.

Positive: Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Super clean nice well lit bathrooms. Also located in a quiet neighborhood which was a plus. Felt extremely safe and the over all aesthetics were very nice.

Summary: This has to be by far the best Air Bnb I’ve stayed at in New Orleans! Soon as we set foot into the home smiles instantly

Positive: Location is ideal for the Jazz Fest. And conveniently close to Whole Foods and possible to walk to the French Quarter. Having three bathrooms was great. The towels were so soft and shampoo/soap was as nice! Really smooth to check in and out, with the electronic door lock.

Negative: Couch was quite small, internet did not work, some of the dining chairs had loose screws and shower handle and freezer handle was loose. The floor was still a bit dusty and the AC is really loud. (But I am had it works well). The price per night was good, but the fees made the full stay cost almost double.

Summary: Excellent place to stay for the Jazz Fest!

Negative: Because we were in the downstairs unit, the noise from the guest in upstairs can sometimes be disturbing.

Summary: Our stay was Great! Whenever I go back to NOLA, I would definitely stay there!
