Summary: This house was great for our girls trip. The location was perfect. We were literally 4-5 minutes from everything we did so at one point we were able to walk back to the house. There was an issue with one TV which I did report. The Property Manager was very nice and reached out day of trip. Any questions or concerns were answered. Check in was very easy and hassle free. It was a bit hot in the house and they have a few fans. The AC seemed to not have went past 78. We kept the fans they have running. Great location and good spot to stay if you will be in and out on your trip.

Summary: The house was in a great location. Felt safe walking to and from both Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The house itself was a good size for our group. However, it could certainly use some maintenance. The walls were scratched up from the chairs in the dining space and the shower situations weren’t ideal. The outdoor space was good for what we needed. We could hear our neighbors through the walls at times, but nothing unbearable. Would recommend for large groups who are mainly needing a place to stay nearby the attractions!

Summary: I recently stayed here with a group of 10 people for a bachelorette weekend. The house is spacious and the location is wonderful- James and his team did a great job of communicating throughout our stay. Some of the appliances could use updating as well as the downstairs shower. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the quiet neighborhood of Treme with the French Quarter right around the corner!

Summary: Im originally from the neighborhood and brought my family and friends down to surprise them with my and my now husband getting married. The gouse was clean and beautiful. Had the perfect amount of space for 9 of us. Perfect location if youre going to be walking to the quarter everyday. Property management is very helpful. It was nice to be home and honestly felt at home in this rental.
