Positive: The room is big, clean and well decorated. I especially like the washroom and bathroom area. The pool outside the room is big enough. The villa attendant Kettut is very helpful. He is very polite too. The food is great. All the waiters and waitresses are friendly, helpful and willing to chat with us. Yasir is very caring. He could notice my preference from his observation. Also, Sean and Max are very considerate. The chef at Teppanyaki is very cheerful and passionate. There are lots of activities to do. I tried the SPA treatment. Very nice. I also took Snorkelling lesson. Thoha (not sure if it is the correct spelling) was very patient to teach us. Last but not least, our housekeeper Faya is very helpful and professional. He answered our questions immediately. He helped us with our bookings and arranged everything. He is very willing to chat with us. Thank you so much for his help!! We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Positive: As we also booked the sea plane transfer with the resort, the holiday actually starts as soon as you come through the airport and it's the same until the moment you leave. We were escorted and helped at every point in the journey and the whole thing was perfect. On the way back we were slightly affected by weather, but clearly that was no problem for Faya who must be well used to it, he let us stay in a spare room late, and arranged a speed boat to meet our plane. Incredible!

Negative: I'm really struggling to think of anything to say here. You do need to stick pretty close to the times arranged for your dinners, but really what's wrong with that?
