Positive: The breakfast was wonderful, varied and full of choices. The staff was very friendly and available. Location was fab, right in the center of the city. As we were visiting the university it was great!

Negative: The rooms are a little old fashioned and the beds were a little too soft for our liking but that is clearly personal.

Negative: when we booked it there was same day a city neon party planned and the hotel didnt mention that while we still could cancel or change the booking and upon arrival informed that our room will be faing the central square so it might be noisy, at night we found out that it was extremely noisy but then there were no rooms of same cöass to offer for us and we had to switch to much more basic room in quiter part and also move all our belonging in the middle of the night, that was strange, of id have to pick a basic room id never book tjis hotel but prefer to chose maybe another one.. so this lack of communication from hotel on the booking day was not nice..

Positive: Dog friendly.

Negative: Very poor service with the personnel. They did not interact at all. Just gave us the key and said to pay at the end. Did not acknowledge questions or requests we made in our booking. Upon check out, the only thing they asked was if we wanted to buy something extra from the minibar. Not, how was your stay? The hotel was located by a club that played loud music until about 2 in the morning. Windows are poorly sealed and let in lots of noise.
