Positive: I have stayed several times. It is clean, comfortable and functional. Great complimentary breakfast and the staff are always helpful.

Negative: It is looking a bit tired with worn carpets and a bit of a dismal reception area

Positive: The rooms were booth very new and old at the same time. Some parts like the bathroom and furniture were recently built or bought. Bathroom was really first class. And lots of furniture and details were new and nice looking. But the floor and some door trims were very worn out, and not in a cozy way. The size of the room didn't bother me. The room was overall not bad, I will probably stay there again. It didn't feel shabby or cheep in any way. But it was the differences from exceptional room and just very good. The view from the room was TERRIFIC and the lobby felt big and welcome to stay and talk with friends. You could check in using a machine if you dislike human interaction, which might be a big bonus for some.

Negative: The breakfast was not up to standard to comparable hotels in the same price range. Nothing really bad, the food was decent and in not any way old or not safe. But not as tasty and as many things to choose from as other hotels. I've had bad breakfasts and this was not one. But if a great breakfast buffé is a major thing staying at hotels I would recommend a more expensive hotel.

Summary: Budget friendly punch over weight if you're ok with some minor mediocrity.
