Positive: Good recommendations for restaurant options. Breakfast was reasonably good and staff overall friendly and helpful.

Negative: Upon arrival we learned that the sauna was not working at the hotel. In addition at breakfast we were told that the coffee machine was not working, so no espresso with the breakfast, just filtered coffee. We stayed 3 nights and the coffee machine was still not working. This should be fixed right away.

Summary: Overall, a fair option for a stay in Jönköping. Good location.

Positive: We arrived quite late, however the staff in the hotel was very friendly and kind, they also upgraded our room and called us to ask if everything alright, since it was a bit of a storm during that day. Also, breakfast was very nice and our room was properly cleaned and comfortable!

Negative: The only thing that we didn't like is that our view from the window was on a trash beans outside. Since we arrived quite late, we didn't care much about it. But I think when guests pay for more expensive rooms, they definitely don't want to look at the trash outside 😅. But that's the only minor thing, otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
