With 3 bedrooms, main living area with a fireplace, a central bathroom (two toilets) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The property is set on a large block with plenty of open space for children to enjoy playing games on the lawn and has a beautiful large decking which is the ideal vantage point to make the most of the spectacular ocean views which encompass harbour and Cape Patton in the distance.

LINEN SUPPLIED We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels

BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
