Welcome to Bayview 3.

This delightful property is located in what is locally called the Paris end of Apollo Bay. Beautifully presented and maintained, perfectly positioned in a central location. The 1st level has a large expansive deck, leading from the dining & living areas, with the centrepiece featuring a magnificent gum tree, giving you that secluded feeling with views over the Ocean and the Otways. Imagine, sitting back and relaxing, while enjoying a glass of wine with family/friends over a BBQ lunch. Isn't that what holidays are all about.

The property features open plan kitchen, dining (table & 8 chairs) and living (large LCD, DVD (new), CD, iPod Dock, games, books, Conara wood heater, ceiling fan, electric heating and 2 x 3 seater couches) areas. You will also find 3 bedrooms (1 x queen, private balcony with table & chairs, 1 x queen, with entry onto 2nd deck area & 1 x 2 bunks & 1 x single).

The ground floor also features a games room with billiard table. There is a main bathroom with separate shower, spa bath, vanity & separate toilet. The large laundry includes washing machine, dryer, second toilet, separate shower and all essentials. Parking at property for 2 cars.

Summary: Perfect location. House was beautiful with all you ever need and more. Pet friendly was a huge plus, safe and secure. So with a family of 3 generations it was perfect for everyone. Definitely will be staying there again. And maby next time there might be wifi, but going without was a good thing. Thankyou very much

Summary: We had a lovely time. Property is in an ideal location, plenty of space, lovely views and pool table an excellent feature. The reason for 4/5 is due to poor sleep as a result of very uncomfortable mattresses (we tried both beds). However do recommend for a family getaway.

Summary: Property was very clean and lots of space and close to shops / hotels ect . Beautiful views . House was warm with electric heaters in every room . Kitchen very well equiped with all we needed . Nice outdoor undercover area . Great games room with pool table for the family or kids . Would definitely stay here again 😊

Summary: View and location was good, however the place needs a good clean, spider webs everywhere.. photos need to be updated as we were expecting a garage to house our vehicles and have pup sleep in crate. Nice place..

Summary: Large property with plenty of space and great views. Was clean in general areas but the kitchen utensils and cookware weren't the cleanest, noting it's most likely previous people that haven't cleaned it. Furniture is a little dated, not ae comfy as could be but functional. Bed was good.

Summary: Good solid home with everything you need for a quick getaway. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, salad bowls, trays, chopping boards etc. Heating wise there were oil heaters in each room for the cooler nights and the upstairs fire was great. It let out so much heat once it got stoked up and it heated everything upstairs nicely. There was ample fire wood and they even provided fire starters which was really helpful. The balcony view over the ocean was lovely and there was a brand new Weber BBQ on the deck to use. Overall a neat and tidy house that I would stay at again.

Summary: A lovely property, with such a beautiful view of the bay and hills! We saw the wildlife every morning while having our breakfast on the balcony. Kids loved the games room and we didn’t get bored at all on the rainy day with the books, games, dvds that kept us entertained :) It was a home away from home and had everything that we needed :)
