Positive: Nice quiet location

Negative: Would have been nice to have more towels rather than just one set. More blankets as we sat outside. No internet or phone reception. We did not mind this but it would have been nice to know as we have kids that we need to communicate with while being away.

Positive: The setting is from a ferrytale. You're up in a cottage above a small lake, the whole drive to the cottage is amazing, the scenary within the forest, magical. Renovated internal, nice sky window that you can see the stars on a clear night. Great potential, but....

Negative: Seems the owner never spent a night there. So many simple fixes can make this place so much better. That sky window, well, it works during the day as well, specifically 6am welcoming the morning sun!!! Seriously, some shades are a must. The place is actually called willowshire cottages. We came in after dark, looking for the "plum" sign, nowhere to be found. There's no reception, and no phone network, so we were almost heading back to Apollo bay just to call them, and by chance found a few people that helped us out. We didn't get any email or sms with the door access code. One role of toilet paper!?!? Lightout side shines thru the door shades directly onto the bed. Simple fix, come on?!?! Wifi password? Had to ask the neigboring cottage, because we didn't get anything. Coffee machine - great. Coffee capsules - none. Externally, the cottages look run down. Botton line, a lot to fix before i would consider returning.
