Positive: Lynn met us at the property and showed us the facilities. Lynn gave great communication and showed us where to park. Property was located right near Hollywood Palace. Bed was comfy and it was great to have a washing machine. Location was super quiet at night, really enjoyed our stay. Super clean with comfy couch and smart TV. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore all the attractions. It’s also within walking distance of the palace. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh!

Positive: Easy walking distance to end of Royal Mile. Easy walking distance to supermarkets. Extra room in an apartment is great bonus. Given the weather heating facilities were well organised. Wi-fi connection excellent. Very quiet area.

Negative: Edinburgh is a very expensive city in which to stay and given the price the lack of a dryer for drying clothes meant clothes took some time to dry unless the heaters were on. Realise space a problem and age of building

Positive: Good kitchen facilities to make/cook our own breakfast. A clothes washing machine. Very quiet. 10 mins walk to either supermarket or Royal Mile.

Negative: A clothes dryer would be useful but space is difficult
