Positive: Great location. Perfect space for 6 (plus they had a portable crib). Kitchen well appointed, comfortable dining space & separate spacious living room. Very clean & modern. Great communication.
Negative: Be aware that it's a 3rd floor walk-up plus the flat itself has interior stairs.
Summary: Ideal home base for family of 5 visiting Edinburgh!

Positive: Beautifully decorated apartment in an excellent location. Close enough to walk anywhere you want to go in the city of Edinburgh but quiet and surrounded by nature, too. Everything was extremely clean and in good order when we arrived. Our hosts worked with us to allow us to take possession a bit early—much appreciated!

Positive: Newly renovated flat which is quite big, with nice living room and fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent and center to everything you need in Edinburgh. We just walked everywhere! The house itself is not the fanciest, but we have absolutely no issues.
Negative: The bottom bathroom had a bit of sewerage smell.

Positive: The location is excellent and within walking distance of the major sightseeing attractions. Although it is so close to historic Edinburgh, it’s far enough away not to be too loud or busy at night. There was plenty of space for my family of five. The apartment was very comfortable and met all our needs. There place was also spotless and well provisioned. Parking is also very convenient, covered and secure. There was plenty of space for my larger people carrier. It is literally a two minute walk to the apartment building. Overall a great base to explore historic Edinburgh.
Negative: For those with mobility issues it could be difficult as the apartment requires that you climb three flights of stairs. I had a little difficulty with the parking entrance station not reading the provided QR code easily. It took me a while trying to get it scanned before the gate went up. Part of it may have my own fatigue after a long drive. I had no issues leaving the parking garage.

Positive: This place is absolutely fantastic. We were honestly a bit concerned that it would turn out to be a scam, but no, it's real! The location is absolutely fantastic to explore Edinburgh from - 2 minutes walk from the Royal Mile. The free parking was so helpful. We were a family of three adults and two children and the apartment was huge! We were so comfortable. Everything is new and beautifully done. Would recommend this to anyone.
