Summary: Location was good, but this property needs a lot of uplift - couches look very old and dirty, top floor was creaking and making lot of noise when anyone would walk, door stoppers won’t work, and lights were very dull.

Summary: It was comfortable and well equipped. It was generally clean but not deep cleaned. Example: the shower drained slowly and the drain not cleaned properly; kitchen washing up brushes needed replacing; the outside of the windows were not clean. Location ideal for Holyrood park and the Royal mile. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering. Area was quiet and no noise from the apartment block which was a small block. The apartment is opposite the railway line which wasn't a problem for us but maybe for others.
