Positive: Great location with the space our group required. Easy self check-in. Clean and modern. Quiet off street location. Dining table with 6 chairs allowed group to sit together. Spacious bedrooms. Fresh flowers!

Negative: Lacks comfortable seating for whole group. Sofa wrong shape, difficult to sit easily, only one occasional chair. TV not easy to watch in current position.

Positive: Nice and central close to multiple food and cafe options, shopping and just a 12 min walk to the railway station. Quiet and comfortable. We loved it, 3 couples and lots of space.

Negative: We would have loved a microwave. But overall it had everything we could have asked for

Very well equipped for cooking - pots, pans, measuring cups, etc and condiments to cook a meal, Great location - near to many cafes and restaurants of all budgets and convenience stores with Tesco express just minutes away. Thoughtful host - there were snacks, fruits and even ice cream left for us, and very useful guides to the area and contacts for food, tours and luggage storage. Stuart and Craig were also very responsive to enquiries before and during our stay - very much appreciated.

Negative: No aircon (but ok for cool weather)

Positive: It was a lovely area, with a short distance to the nightlife and restaurants. Overall very clean, spacious and great value for money.

Negative: Just a couple of scuffs and stains on majority of walls and carpets. Small cleaning issue with bathroom but nothing drastic just missed:)
