Positive: Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel itself felt very cozy and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. One thing we especially appreciated was the convenience of parking. We were able to park our car directly in front of the hotel, and there was also a small supermarket just around the corner, which was very practical. The restaurant deserves special mention. The food was outstanding. This was our first stop in Georgia, and even after traveling through the country for two more weeks, we did not find any khinkalis that were better than the ones served here. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Negative: Lighting in the room wasn’t great. Wifi was terrible

Positive: Staff is extremely hospitable and ready to help. For example, breakfast starts at 10h, which was too late for us. Luckily, we asked for an earlier breakfast, and the staff was willing to prepare it for us. The hotel restaurant is excellent; the food is delicious, the interior is traditional Georgian.

Negative: Although the staff was very hospitable and willing to help with different issues, we came across some language barriers. The hotel owner and staff member Elena speak English very well, but staff in other shifts (although very nice) have little English language knowledge. The hotel is located 20 min from the center (on foot), in a rather shabby area.

Summary: All in all, the atmosphere is friendly and we felt nice at the hotel.

Negative: no lift, you need to confirm time for breakfast and they told us only form 10 am, took them a while to get our order done as well and there is no buffet type of breakfast.
