Positive: So, the rooms were conveniently located and they were on a side street that felt safe and with amenities like a market close by. The original rooms that we booked were on the 9th floor with great views and decoration.

Negative: The host was away and on another country. That meant that when we faced issues we had to fix the issues ourselves. On our biggest room there was a leak in the bathroom. We contacted the owner and they offered another room on a much lower floor. The other room was clearly not at the same level as the first. It was also not ready for us (expected) and we had to "fix" things ourselves (like the water-heater)| The owner was at the end accommodating (they also lowered the price) but we had to press the issue and we also received a reply at some point along the lines of "if you do not like it - find somewhere else to stay" I get that issues might come up - however customer experience is important even on bnb style places like this.

Positive: The apartment is very clean and bright. This should be a newly renovated house with a rather large balcony for drying clothes. There is a rather big supermarket and a coffee shop downstairs. It's very convenient to travel here and we really like it!

Negative: It seems that the range hood in the kitchen doesn't work. Maybe it's because I don't know how to use it.
