Positive: The host was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. There was a lot of space, a calm and quiet atmosphere, and the location was fairly close to the city center. We also appreciated the possibility to have both dinner and breakfast on site.

Negative: The rooms could have been cleaner, as the overall cleanliness was not perfect. Additionally, there was no shower curtain, which caused water to splash everywhere during showers.

Positive: One of our favorite stays in Georgia. Anna is a kind, welcoming host! We had a comfortable, spacious room and delicious homemade food. It’s in a central location, too. I would highly recommend this place!

Positive: Quite location absence of noises. We arrived by car late at night, extremely tired on our way to Tbilisi, and decided to stop and rest. We stumbled upon this place by chance — breakfast was included, and there was free parking. Despite the late hour, the host Anna personally welcomed us. Instead of one room, she kindly gave us two for the price of one!!! We were even treated to some wine, and she didn’t charge us anything. In the morning, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite. For the price, this is a great option if you're traveling by car. The area is quiet and peaceful, with fresh air — we slept without air conditioning and with the window open. Surprisingly, it was very calm and silent at night. I would like to thank Anna and wish her success in her work. Sincerely, Yerik
